Where is Minakami?

Minakami is located in the northern part of Kantou, Gunma prefecture. If you take the Kanetsu Expressway(関越自動車道) from the Nerima Interchange(練馬インターチェンジ) it takes about 2 hours. You can also take the Jyouetsu Shinkansen (上越新幹線), which from Tokyo Station takes about an hour and a half.
